Promotional Materials

Promotional materials are a great way to build brand awareness and loyalty. The flexibility of the Weill Cornell Medicine logo provides various options to fit within the artwork space on many different items. When placing an order, make sure to share the Brand Center site with the vendor, and encourage them to download our logos, custom font, color palette, etc.

To maintain the integrity and consistency of our brand, follow the guidelines below.

  • Use only the Weill Cornell Medicine Enterprise logo or an approved logo lockup. They can be downloaded from the Brand Center.

  • Do not manipulate or change the logo in any way.

  • Consider the size of the imprint area for your item. It must be big enough for the Weill Cornell Medicine seal to be at least one-half inch in diameter.

  • Do not crowd the logo with other information such as an approved graphic mark, URL, or phone number. It is mandatory to allow clear space on all sides of the logo that is at least the size of the “M” in Medicine.

When only single-color printing is available these are the options:

  • White background – black logo

  • Black background – white logo

  • Red background – only use Cornell Red, otherwise, do not use a red background

  • Orange background – do not use
